Welcome to the Family and Community Indicator Tracking System

FACITS provides a variety of detailed data on factors that influence the health and well-being of individuals and communities in Iowa. Data are available for the State and each of Iowa's 99 counties. FACITS will include data for multiple calendar years, beginning with 1999.

Interface Options:

High-Graphic	Graphic interface, high-speed connection (56K or better) recommended.
	Minimum browser requirements:	Internet Explorer version 4.x Netscape version 6.x (or equivalent)
	All others will be re-directed to the low-graphic version.
Low-Graphic	Access to all FACITS data, but uses minimal graphics, low-speed connection friendly, plug-in capable browser not required.

Note: The U.S. Census Bureau has cancelled the release of 2001 population estimates. All 2001 FACITS population data, and rates calculated using population data, use the 2000 population figures.
